There's a program called Roger Wilco that does exactly that. Works pretty well.

theres many programs out there you just gotta find them on google. theres roger wilco, teamspeak, ventrilo(i think thats it), um and a whole lot of other ones. my favorite is teamspeak now. i used roger wilco for a long time but then i switched to teamspeak and noticed that the sound clarity is allot better. try them all if you wanna see which is best.

do you know of the game counter-strike? well anyone, tens of thousands of people play that game and all of the good ones in clans use ventrilo (like me, lol). i havent tried any of the others but i think ventrilo is the best because more than 10 thousand people use it.

Just because 10000 people use it doesnt mean that its any good. In fact it could be VERRRRRY CRRAPPY! For example : Counter Strike. I would go with Team Speak, The GIU is a LOT simpler to use ventrilo and I havent heard of anybody that uses Roger Wilco. It test them all out though and see which one you like.
