Hey guys, apparantly you can allocate more video ram to your games in vista, to speed them up whilst playing, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this... word on the street is that you do something like right click on my computer??

If you have a dedicated video card, video RAM is video RAM...it is what it is & can't be changed.

But if you have integrated graphics, Turbocache, or Hypermemory, you *may* be able to increase the amount of "shared memory" by changing a setting in the BIOS.

BTW, integrated graphics, Turbocache, or Hypermemory are much less desireable to have than a dedicated video card & generally don't perform near as well.

if any video card you want to stray away from,it's the fx5200 pci or agp version both are sluggish and don't play too well at all with the newest games....personally i use xp to play my games.also make sure you have plenty of ram to run vista,i heard that vista is a huge resource hog.good luck with everything.
