Standard PCI runs at only 33MHz. AGP runs at 66MHz, PCI-express runs at 100MHz...obviously PCI is the slowest of the 3. So you'll be running a weak card on a slow bus.

That's if you are willing to spend 90 dollars on it.
It's better then the 8400GS and it does have 128bit video memory on top of a large 1gb GDDR2 ram, but your card will greatly bottleneck before it will ever reach 1gb of ram resources. So that's more of a slaes pitch then anything else. The good news is Spore will play ok on it. So now the question, is it worth the 90 dollars? No, but if you really need it and you don't plan on buying another pc for a while then get it.
