I have the MSI Radeon x800 card and I can't complaine. (Though I had a Powercolour Radon 7000 32MB pci before it). I play HL2 on all high settings with a resolution at 1152x864 and I get about 60-70fps and at most 150fps. I can overclock it pretty good also, between an XL and Pro. It seems x800 would be a better choice in terms of the specs, but I like nvidia's Digital Vibrance Control though.
