On my P3 733mhz my FX5700U performed about the same as my MX440. Celeron is a crappier CPU so a MX should be the best card for your PC.
Abit IS7 865PE
Pentium 4 2.6ghz @ 3.2ghz
eVGA GeForce FX 5900 SE

Does it have an AGP slot? The brown one near your CPU. You'll only waste your cash buying a PCI Geforce VC.
Why not go for an upgrade in case your motherboard doesn't have an AGP? Go & buy the cheapest AthlonXP processor around & an motherboard w/ SDRAM slot. Here in the philippines, mobo w/ sdram slot are still on sale but you have limited choices (mostly crap ECS,Jetway,AsRock mobo). Then buy a 90$ worth VC like FX5200 Ultra or 9600SE.
Motherboards w/ onboard VC before does not have an separate AGP unlike today. I almost forgot, you'd probably spend around $200 in case you bought same listed above. And another one, find a friend who knows assembling computer hardwares.
