Alright, heres my problem. I went to bed last night after turning off my computer and when I woke up and turned it on it started making a strange clicking noise, it would go really fast click,click,click,click.. than it would slow down to click....click...click... and speed up again. With a bit of investigating inside my computer I pin-pointed the noise to be coming from my video card fan, now. Can I just replace the fan or do I have to get a new video card or what do I do? TYVM in advance =(

If you bought your video card recently, then I would try to contact the manufacture and ask them for an RMA (Return Manufacture Authorization) if the fan does not spin. If the fan is making a loud noise, I will first try to contact them and ask them if they are willing for RMA. Generally video card fan are small and they spin upto 4000-5000RPM and can generate some unpleasent noise, so if that noise is not relatively loud, then I don't think they will allow you to RMA it. If you want a quiet fan for your video card, then you can always replace it with a 3rd party maker like zalman. I bought my zalman VF700 for $24.99 to replace my stock fan and put it to 5v mode. Now its totally slient and my temperature dropped ~9C at idle/load...

'Clicking' is not a normal fan noise. Are you sure it's not coming from the hard drive?
