Vice City not working

I tried to start up vice city today and nothing happened. The hourglass came up for a second and then it just went back to the normal desktop. It had been fine for the past year or so. I tried updating to patch 1.1, I tried the No-CD patch, I tried the Crack, I tried SecuRom emulation, nothing worked.

You might have a virus that I used to have, that caused some .exe files to stop working. Go here and download a great small sized virus scanner for that, then scan your harddrive (let it take its time and run until it's done)
