You need an AGP video card, more RAM & possibly a new power supply.

Here's your system specs:

Well considering your board supports a max of 1gb of ram you're not going to get this to turn into a good gaming machine, decent at best. I would get at the most a Nividia Geforce 7800GS anything more would be overkill. And like Jam said invest in a good quality power supply something that has at least 450 watts and something above 25 amps on 12v single ATX 1.0 rail or 16 amps on dual 12v ATX 2.0 rails. and throw another 512mb of DDR ram in.

If you want a directX 10 card that's decent for AGP this is the most reasonable agp directX 10 card.

SAPPHIRE HD 2600PRO 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 AGP 8X HDCP Ready Video Card

105 bucks.

If you don't really care about having last generation with no directX 10 support and you aren't going to upgrade to vista to take advantage of DirectX 10 until you build a new system then here is a DirectX 9 card.

75 bucks after rebate.

HIS Hightech Radeon X1650PRO 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Video Card

The performance diff between the two in terms of gaming are close, but the 2600Pro has a nice advantage over Video encoding and rendering.

I have the same computer i bought a GeForce 7800 GS, bought a 512mb stick of RAM, and i don't know whats going on, but i get terrible FPS in Team Fortress 2 something like 9-12 in battle, and 30 FPS while not in battle. My settings aren't even maxed. I'm currently trying to buy a new motherboard to up my gaming expierence, but i was told my computer might have propriety parts and won't be able to install a new motherboard and might just have to build a new rig.. It Sucks i just bought Call of Duty 4 too
