Back 30 years ago there was pong, now in 2004 we have games with superdetailed graphics such as farcry, doom 3, etc. Lets say 30... no even 15 years from now the graphics are so realistic it looks like your right there. People look 100% real and game physics are incredably realistic, after that how would the graphics improve?? M$ and sony are comming out with new systems every 3-5 years, will they just stop making new systems after mabey XBOX6 or PS7? Think about it what could they possibly improve on after that. how would that affect the gamming economy?? No new video cards, consoles, computers?? I'm hoping for holograms.

I am sure by the time the Xobx6 or PS7 comes out that there will be a new turn in the way we play games. They will prob. expeiriment more with virtual games, games that when you move, the computer movers also. I know that there is a game out there like that already. Who know what they will think of. There might be something new out there that we have not even heard of. You can never really guess the future. Look into the past and think, what the devolopers of pong thinking when they made the game?? Did they really think that, that one game would spawn so much that it has over the years, and look at how many turns it has taken. From pong to Atari, from Atari to Nintendo, from Nintendo to Sega, Sega back to Nintendo to Sega CD (big bust at the time, but sparked the future in game consoles) Sega CD back to Nintendo to Sony, and now to Micro Money. It's like a never ending tourch. It gets passed on down the line. Who know what will come in the next 10 to 20 years. Maybe AMD will step it's foot into the game console's, maybe Nintendo will make a comback, maybe there is someone out there who's currently in the makeing of a system that is outa this world, who know's. The gaming industry will never stop just becuase things look so real. They will move into things like making the game feal real with "virual" games, that when you fire a shotgun, you actuall feel the effects from it and smell the residue from the shot, who knows. You can be amused by the simplest of things. The smartest people in the world, over-look the smallest objects. War does not determine who is right, only who is left.
