Specs: Windows XP SP2, Intel Dual-Core 1.80
Hi! I would like to upgrade my current PC so that I can play games like GTA IV on at least medium settings.

My current PC Specs are:

CPU: Intel Dual-core E2160 1.8Mhz
Mobo: Intel Desktop 946GZIS 800Mhz FSB
RAM: Kingston 1GB 667Mhz DDR2 Single channel
HDD: Seagate SATA 80GB
PSU: 300W
Graphics: Intel GMA 3000 (Integrated graphics)

Please give recommendations for each component mentioned above. My Budget is $600.

"Mobo: Intel Desktop 946GZIS 800Mhz FSB"

The model number is D946GZIS.

"My Budget is $600"

You coud throw some money at what you have but considering the motherboard, you'd only be able to go so far with it. If you really want a decent gaming rig, you'd have to start from scratch. And if that's the case, you may as well leave that system as-is & either buy or build a whole new computer. That old one can be sold or kept as a backup.

If you want to get off as cheaply as possible, just add another 1GB stick of DDR2-667 & a low cost gaming card such as this Radeon HD 4670. You can do that for about $100:
