CPU/Ram: amd 64 3500, pc3500 1gig

Hi ,i currently have this system. amd 64 3500,gigabyte av8 pro mobo(939),ati x800 pro(all pipes enabled)1 gig kingmax pc3500,80 maxtor hd,I was wondering if it is worth upgrading my vid card to say a x850xtpe?would that be a worth while upgrade? i get 24,567 in 3dmark01,10.675 in 03 and 66,768 in aquamark 3,if not,what can i upgrade to get more performance for my system,i have about £500 to spend,i was thinking of getting a new case aswell,something that i have questioned also is pelter cooling(i have tried watercooling at the cost of a new system,have any of you guys got or had this form of cooling and can you point me in the right direction on where to look,one last thing,i have heard that there my be a problem get a pelter on my mobo,is this true?,a massive thanks to all those that reply.

Dude you currently have a monster rig, getting the x850xtpe is not going to give any resounding edge in any of the games you already play.
