this should probably be under overclocking, but you guys all answer there too, so. I know bios for overclocking in dell is locked, is there a way to break or bypass that? clockgen isnt up right now and i cant find the pll, and systool just makes my computer go black for a while, any help

No, because namebrand pc's use custom bios config that are moded.

If you can identify the motherboard, you *could* take a chance & reflash the BIOS with the original manufacturer's version rather than the Dell version...however, that will trash your Windows installation & the Dell CDs will be rendered useless for a recovery.
