Specs: Windows 7
I am unable to play any games on my PC. Its connected to a LED TV via a HDMI cable. Games like NFS hot pursuit gives errors saying "unknown problem initializing graphics. I checked the Display adapter and it says that my PC has a Standard VGA graphics adapter. I clicked on automatically install drivers. The HD graphics driver was installed. however after restarting the computer the Windows does not start. All it does is start untill the windows logo screen and then the screen goes blank )black). I then had to restore the windows and the update was removed. Please help. I have games like. GTA San Andreas and Call of duty, total overdose etc.

Please answer riider first. Please know that you should not use any automatic method of updating drivers, including Windows Update. You have to go to the manufactures web site of the machine if stock or the graphics chipset manufacture (NVidia or Radeon/AMD) if you have added a graphics card yourself. Your answer to above will help direct you to where to get it.
If you are using the built in graphics and you have a desktop machine, you may need to upgrade your graphics by adding a gaming level graphics card and possibly your power supply in order to enjoy modern games. If you have a laptop or an all-in-one machine then you have to deal with what it came with.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
