Trying to find a Sci-fi alien game on Win PC

Specs: Windows 3.1 or Win 95, N/A
I played a game when I was younger and I remember being what I believed was either a human or an alien. The game started you out in a jail cell where you had to some how break free. I remember breaking out where I could kill the guard. It seems like I was able to beat him with his limb or rip the limb off. I remember the reason why I was being incarcerated was because I was sort of test subject on this alien world. I remember the graphics being pretty good and not the 2d type of game. I also remember reaching a certain area in the game where I had to try to travel from one location to another and kill the people and activate something to help me escape the confines of the planet I was on. It also seems like I was some green sort of alien. It was not a kid like game by any means. It seems like the game was maybe around 94 or maybe a few years later than that. It was one a home made computer running what I believe was Win 95 or Win 3.1. I played it around the time that Wing Commander IV came out that had Mark Hamill in it. I hope I gave plenty of detail and I can get some help on identifying this game as I loved it when I was a Teenager.
