I've reinstalled my Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 CD on my Fujitsu-WinXP laptop (had uninstalled it some time back 'cuz I thought I've lost the CD). The game used to run smoothly w/o probs. But now, when I click the PLAY button, the LOADING screen pops up but the game won't load, and it'll pop back to the Desktop. Same prob with my THPS4. Damn frustrating.
I don't remember changing any setting in my laptop which could have done such damage... so any tips so that I can play the game again?

Make a "game-hardware-profile" shut down all xp stuff you don't need , could do the trick...check this link:
