Specs: Windows XP, ........
I Recently Had My Computer Fixed Because It Had a Virus, Before I Had It Repaired The Sims 2 was Installed On It But During The Repair was Obviously Removed. Now When I Try To Install It, a Message Comes Up Saying D:/ is Not A Valid Win32 Application. I Thought It Might Be The Disc But It Works Fine On My Other Computer. What Should I Do???

P.S I Have Tried Installing an Expansion Pack Which Works Fine, But You Have 2 Have The Original Sims 2 Installed Before You Can Install The Others.... Please Help Me.
Could this error have something to do with the fact that Sims is an exe program???

Hi Luke1993, umm.....first things first, I need to know how did you exactly "repair" you pc inorder to give some opinions (not adivice). Because if had wiped your hard drive clean, you wouldn't have a problem like that. For future refrences it is always best to try to back your game on a disk and uninstall it or just simply uninstall it and start new. Then repair it.
