i have a text problem when i play any of my games, it has stray lines and such. ive downloaded the most current graphics card driver and it still didnt fix it! and it only happends when i play games! its fine web browsing and such. and ive tried different video settings in the games also.
look at the large text in the upper middle screen and tell me what you think?
here is a screenshot with world of warcraft doing the same thing look in middle of screen at the big text....thats what it should look like BUT look at the text in the chat log in the lower left hand corner! (notice the stary lines and such)

If your game is playing fine I wouldn't worry. Sometimes this used to happens with my monitor because I have a wide screen monitor and wasn't using the highest resolution (1440 x 900). See if changing your screen resolution changes any of it.

darn...just tried but it didnt work.
the optimal setting is 1920x1200 on my monitor and that is usually what i run it at, the strange thing is that it had the same text problem with my previous monitor so i dont know lol
