SWG and NWN-same error please help

Ok... I get this same error for SWG and NWN (Star Wars Galaxies and Neverwinter Nights)

It happens immediately in NWN but in SWG it takes quite a bit longer. In SWG I can play for hours and then completely at random, when I click on a player, or an object, and even once when I press Alt, my computer completely locks and won't respond to ctrl+alt+del, alt+f4, or even sticky keys (which is the most annoying bad thing that ever happened to my computer)

In NWN, the second I move in a game this happens.

I have 2.0GHZ AMD 2400+
Radeon 9600 Pro with the newest Omega drivers
512mb RAM
Windows XP Pro

This problem never occured before I got the new video card.

Please help.

Oh, and it also happens on all the other drivers I've tried for the video card (Catalyst)
