Stuck in DOOM 3

hey guys, i have gotten pretty far in the game, and im stuck on this mission. Its objectives are to find the upper control room. I am given this train cart and i control its movements. Problem is im very confused on where to go, i have tried every possible path and still cant find my way out. has anyone passed this mission and can give me few advices on where to go. i appreciate any help.

Use the train to get to the second floor of the building and you will see 2 new doors to explore. (The train can go up and down)

When you see a bridge on top of you - raise the cart thingy to the bridge - one of those doors will lead to near death - the other to mission objectives happy hunting
