I have no idea if this will help or not, how are your temperatures after gaming? It could be that you need better cooling. Also, is your power supply good enough to handle that system?

well the temp is fine its not going up by much around 10 degrees tops ive got 4 extra fans and an exaust plus ive got the side off it most of the time. ive got a 500 watt dual fan psu so i assume that should be able to feed it enough juice its really strange isnt it ive asked so many people and no one has a clue what it could be heh

This might sound stupid to you, but have you checked bios when you boot to make sure that your computer is reading all of your parts correctly? Actually, forget that I said that, I now see your benchmark post.

You wouldn't happen to have anti-aliasing and/or anisoptropic filtering turned on would you?

Go to the advanced properties of your video card. I've never used a nvidia card, but for the ATI cards, there's an option about anti-aliasing, and anisotropic filtering. Sorry I'm not that much of a help, I'm just randomly throwing things your way.
