Hello i just fixed my lag in counter strike but when i exit from steam i say exit and log out the next day i open my computer and open steam it says login so i put my pasword and everything and i wait for like an hour it doest open or sometimes just a mesege comes out saying "you said exit and log out and now u cant open steam for more info go to steampowered.com" and if n e 1 knows how 2 fix it plz tell me

Run Spyware SD & Adware 6.0 and fix any spywares/viruses. Run scandisk(or chkdsk) and defrag your hd. Go to Start > Run > msconfig and remove any unnessecary start-up programs and reboot.
