hey guys...
just wanted to know if any of u people know the best ram and video card to have to play these games perfectly...and not just steam games...others to but HL2 has the more higher requierments for me... i do have like 450 ram but is it enough...i have d/led it and tried it a couple times but its still laggy from when i use to have 256 ram...my sound card is good but im not totally sure on my video card...i have a NVIDIA GeForce FX 2500

hopefully they mean the Fx5200 not 2500 lol, unfortunately that card is showing its age in a game like HL2. Thats also 512mb ram 450 is impossible.

The FX5200 would defonitely be showing its age if it was a nilla PCI, 64-bit card....

its actually 448...and it is possible...i saw my computer guy put them in my computer...just depends on how many slots u have to put your ram in, and how much separate ones u buy... and i guess i just need a new video card lol...
