I started playing Counter Strike via Steam and everytime i'm connecting to a server Internet Explorer pops up as a Pop-up.. it's annoying because it does it all the time and i can't stop it. I ran like six different spyware programs and got all of the spyware off but it still does this. Can anyone help me?

try MS anti-spyware bata it works great. also try spysweeper. I remove spyware and viruses for a living and there are spyware out there that arnt detected by most anti-spyware programs so try downloading "active ports" from download.com and close all programs and run it. this will tell you about all the computers that are connected to you.

In IE, go to Tools, Pop Up Blocker, Pop Up Blocker settings. See if there is a setting to change to allow CS to run normally. I have CS running and did not have to change anything, so I'm not sure what your problem might be.
