Starcraft II, 3D error message

Specs: Windows Vista
When I go to load Starcraft II I get the error message video card is not accessible because another 3D... read some other related posts but need help with exact info. please tell me which driver i'll need from sony's site. My pc's model is VGN-FW250J.

That makes no sense. If you want help, you need to post the EXACT error message.

Other than that, laptops don't make great gaming machines. It could be the graphics can't handle it.

I think I have the same problem as Knawhks only my pc runs windows xp. the message reads:
The videocard is not accessable because no display drivers are installed, another 3D application has exclusive access or the machine was locked. Please close any 3D applications or games and try starting Starcraft II again. If the problem persists, for more information consult our support website at <a href="</i>" target="_blank">

The website is no help at all and I just think that I may need a new video card (I need a new monitor anyway) Or do i just need to update my video drivers? Thanks for any help.

i get the same message but i know my video cards good enough because i've played starcraft II on this computer already but couldn't log onto internet because got some fake antivirusware i couldn't get rid of so reset comp to factory settings and now i'm getting this error and i can't seem to fix it my computer won't even register any other display device on my laptop other than the standard VGA Graphics adapter so i don't know what to do if anyone can help me
