Starcraft BroodWar Monitor Problem

When I open starcraft broodwar it's about a half an inch higher then it should be displayed, meaning I cannot see my mineral or gas count during gameplay and that is a major problem. I've tried adjusting the settings in properties and nothing seems to fix it, any help would be greatly apriciated.

I have fixxed my own problem, while In starcraft I had to press the buttons on the monitor itself to adjust where the screen was resting... hopefully this helps someone else who overlooked such a minor detail as I did >.< LOL
