Hi,
I just got the Splinter Cell : Double Agent DVD. Went thru the Min Req. Before installing this really Huge game, I had to clear almost 10 GB on my F: drive. (C: is for OS)
Now when I tried installing the game it says "Insufficient Disk Space... ". Even though I pointed to to my F: Drive which has 10 GB freespace. Does anybody have any idea what is happening here?
I did'nt select the default path "C:\Prg files\ubisoft...." because I want to install it on F: drive. And C: has only 2 GB free. Is the InstallShield checking for my C: Space? Is there anyway I can install the game? Plz help me...
i dont know about that, but theres something that might give you the idea. i downloaded a large zip file, and i downloaded to D drive, not C drive. when i extract the zip file in D drive. it actually extracts to C drive(Temp folder), then copy back to D drive. i had to wait for another extra 2 mins. i dont know about the game, but for zip files. you need some space for C drive.
by the way, have you seen when you extract a big zip file in other drive other than C drive? when you extract the big file, you will see a pop out small windows that says extracting.... '2 mins countdown'. but after it finished, a new small windows pops out, and says copying file to D drive........ 'time countdown'.
