Emmm...very high settings. This game is ridiculously have high requirements even though this game is not up to its high requirements standards. Even PS3/X360 chugging running this game.

I assume that playable frame rate is in 25fps as a minimum. I can play this game 1024x768, 2xAA all high except for shadows and still maintain 30fps minimum. The shadows is just rubbish and ugly so i recommend it to be off. As for the recommendation do not go less than or equivalent to:

Core2 6series CPU
GeForce 7900 GPU
2GB DDR2 RAM

If you want to play over the 1280x1024 resolution and all high and switched on including the AA. I recommend 8800GTS GPU as the required minimum.

P4 3Hz will be a bottleneck for the 8800GTX. You wont get full juice out of your GPU. You must have at least Core2 6420 to fully utilize the card. The only card that can fully utilize by the P4 3Hz will be 7600GT and no more than that. My recommendation: get Core 2 6420 2x2MB cache with 8800GTS 320DDR3 with the same amount of money.
