Gidday. Would be great to get some help on the following problem: Previously I had speahead installed, and all was well! Unfortunatley, I had to delete some of my maps and uniforms (.pk3 files etc) to join a server. I probabley hit the wrong dam button! Because this made spearhead run really odd, so then I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game. After uninstall, the game brought up a 'repair or remove' option before the install process, both options dont do anything. Therefore spearhead wouldn't reinstall and I couldn't play :( I talked to a mate, and together we deleted all elements of the previous install (and anything to do with mohaa/ea games) in the reg, and then used regclean. Reinstalled mohaa and then tried to intsall spearhead again but to no avail. I'm not to flash with computers and don't want to attempt an entire windows reinstall by myself. Any other ideas or possible ways to fix this problem?? Thanks- Krat

Ha Ha.... dude i have been running spearhead and spearhead servers for quite a while, and never I mean never do you ever had to delete any .pk3 files, sorry to say that was the wrong thing to do. The only thing you should do to those files is change them, never delete them. Now the best thing I would think of doing would be running scandisk to see if you have any disk errors, if not than you dont have to do a windows reinstall.... but try to re install spearhead into the same directory that you had it in the first place, than uninstall after the reinstall, hopefully that will totally delete all spearhead files that you reinstalled. After that, try to reinstall again than run it..... worked for me before... if that doesnt help, ask someone else.
