I'm playing Command and Conquer 3 I have two optons for sound devices - my sound card and a recording software called Total Recorder. It i use the recording software I can play the game, but the sound is very distorted and it's hard to hear what's going on. If i use my sound card, the sound is fine, but I don't get a picture (which for playing a game is a little tricky) My PC is well over the spec the game requires. Any suggestions?

"which for playing a game is a little tricky" no doubt. Usualy the first question: Have you updated your sound and video card? If so, the latest version of CC3 is 1.09. Have you updated? I agree. Run updates on your video and audio drivers. Even run a windows update, and check under "hardware" to see if there are any updates available. Sounds like they might be conflicting too. Have you tried to disable one of the devices in your device manager (whichever item you dont want to use). Good luck!
