When I surf the internet my ability to follow links and go from page to page seems to take a while to load an individual page but then once it gets there it will load the page instantly. This happens regardless of browser, but does not happen when I play games like team fortress 2 or counter strike: source. both run fine in regards to fps and ping times. I have Comcast and have done speed tests and both came up that I should be totally ok for speed. when I ping websites like www.yahoo.com or www.google.com I get 0% loss and my times are from 85ms to 95ms. I am very comfortable digging around in my computer

Upgrade your browser. That's the only thing I can think of.
