At 3dmark2001 i get a score of 3211 with my albatron gforce FX-5200 EP 128Mb, on a AMD Athlon XP 2600+, 226Md DDR-333.

This is extremly slow, Can anyone tell me what is wrong. I downloaded the latest drivers. I'm stressed...

You boys are doing something wrong. Especially Leo. 3237 on 01?! Come on. Are you sure you have the latest graphics drivers? Also, are you sure you have disabled any onboard video cards? I have an onboard and when I disabled it it went MUCH faster.

Get to Device manager (right click my computer, properties, find your way from there, I have winME =/) Then select Display adapters.

UNLESS you have more than one video card (for some reason) and want to keep both, disable whichever one you're not using.

Retest and see if it helps.

Just a suggestion, The FX5200 is notorious for being *NOT* a very good card...I've never used a 5200, but when I see scores in the 5000+ with cards like you guys...=/

That's what I figured....03 scores are significantly lower.

h00tie, are you sure you're using 01? If so, I guess all the accusations of FX5200 not being a good card are right after all.
