Most people will tell you that SLi & CrossFire setups are a waste of money. Why pay for two cards AND a power supply capable of handling the load, when one good card will do?

SLi is for nVidia based cards only...Crossfire is strictly for ATI based cards.

I dont think my MoBo can support two cards I got two regular PCI slots One 1xPCIe and One 16xPCIe yeah I think that too why 2 when one card is just enough, Also does two cards consume twice as much energy than one?

"does two cards consume twice as much energy than one?"

Yes, that's why you need a damn good power supply for an SLi or Crossfire configuration.

So ATI's crossfire is the equivalent to nVdia's SLI?
