How many EPs and SPs do you have because you have a very low amount of ram to run the Sims 2, let alone the Sims 2 plus EPs or SPs. Just to make sure as well that you do have the Sims 2 installed on your PC as well. The EPs and SPs will not run without the base game also installed.
