Hi, I got a new computer 5 months ago and installed Sims 2 on it last night. I started playing however certain things are very pixelated. The furniture is fine but the floors and walls are pixelated and the colours aern't correct when I put new floors down etc.
I have a 160GB laptop which runs smoothly, I'm no computer genius but I do know enough... please any advice and suggestions are welcome. I don't know what type it is but my laptop has an integrated graphics card too.
The processor is Intel Celeron Dual-Core T1500 if its any help.Thanks!

I assume you're asking about the Advent 5421? It's a cheap, low end laptop that's not meant for gaming. It has one of the worst integrated graphics chips currently available...the SiS Mirage 3+. On the following chart, it ranks 177th out of 195 laptop graphics tested:
