Im pulling my hair out. I cannot seem to play my Sim City 4 game without seeing a blue screen.

details:

Everything is installed correctly and drivers are updated. DirectX9 installed. Temp is ok.

Im running 2x512 ddr400 ram
kx18dpro mb
athlon 3000+ chip

using sound from mb

I even downloaded <a style='text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 3px double;' href="http://www.serverlogic3.com/lm/rtl3.asp?si=22&k=sim%20city" onmouseover="window.status='sim city'; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;">sim city 4 new patch.

all the other programs on my computer runs fine, just not sim city 4.

Please help. My sims will thank you:)

I read another post with Sim City 4 and fx5700 ultra crashes - I remembered 'cos I've got an A64 3200+ / fx5600xt and it runs Sim City 4 no trouble. Will see if i can find it...
