Comment:
When I get to the cutscene where Heather first meets Vincent, the screen goes black, I can hear, but I can't see nor can I control the game anymore. When I press ESC i hear window's ding and the computer freezes for good until I forcibly turn off the power.

Before the cutscene, I play through it fine and there's no problem at all. I have no problem with any preceding cutscenes as well. The game has been cracked.

Has anyone encountered a problem like this?
