as always i like to know the price of stuff before i buy the basic account is free and to aquire land there you need a premium account 9.99 dollars or something like that and for land ownership you need to pay like a rent fee or somet. once in is it like reality u need to get a job in there to earn virtial money so enable you to go to the virtual cinmeas shopping areas etc and buy virtual stuff cus i imagine there is more to do than wander the virtual streets

It's really an open source thing. Lots of porn and bad stuff but they did just recently get rid of the gambling part. It's more of a programming game rather than a fun game, unless that is you are a real programmer who enjoys programming.

It's pretty much free, you gamble to make money so you can buy stuff including land with a free account. If they really did get rid of gambling, than whats the point.
