My computer is kind of weird. It will run all the high quality games out now. I have a Radeon 9800 pro and whenever I want to do simple things, say like play a mini game it will go in overspeed and I cant play it. I cant do a lot of simple things. And if I dont play High Quality games the Radeon will cause my monitor to flickor until I do something big. So is there any program to uh- slow down my computer when I want to do these things??
