Upgrade your RAM to atleast 512 mb and you need a new video card.

Make sure the Video card supports DirecX9.0

Ge Geforce 4 mx 440 with 64 mb DDR RAM would be the minumum I would go with.
You can go as high as your money will let you.

www.newegg.com

Order from them and you'll have it in 3 days.

Thanks Dave I will look into the costs.
I was hoping I wasnt going to have to change my system to much more than I have already.

Can I add the additional ram to what I have or do I need to remove and replace what is presently in place.

again Thanks for your input. Mark

You can just add to it, or if you want to upgrade to a faster RAM then pull the old and replace with new.

The reason being. If you buy faster RAM and pair it up with slower RAM then your system will downclock the new RAM to match up with the slower RAM.

an example would be:
you have 256mb of PC2100 running a 266mhz and you add a 256mb stick of PC 2700 running at 333mhz. Your system will downclock your PC2700 to match you PC2100.

Hope this helps.
