Comment:

I have a video card that meets the requirements for Rise of Nations, Intel 82810E Graphics Controller. When I try to play Rise of Nations it gets throught the intro movies and after the cinematics it shutsdown the program and says "Graphics services failed to initialize. Please make sure that your video card and drivers are correctly installed, and are compatible with Rise of Nations." I checked dxdiag and my card checks out and should work and its completely updated. Can anyone help?

"Intel 740, 810, and 815 Chipsets: Attempting to launch Rise of Nations on these chipsets results in a black screen followed by a crash to the desktop. There is no known solution."

None of the Intel on-board graphics chips are designed with gaming in mind, so will struggle very easily.

Time for a new graphics card or a new computer?
