Comment:

A friend is having problems with "Rise of Nations", it would go though the intro (it has a long intro), then we would get a "Graphics services failed to initialize" error message, his VC is a Intel 82810 Chipset Onboard, so we downloaded the latest drivers and we don't get that error messsge, but it just runs though the intro and then the screen goes black and the game quits. I checked and he has 16Mb of memory allocated for the VC....Any ideas????
Thanks
Rick A.

RoN can be played with a low end card but make sure u had fast CPU instead. Open up the game's readme file and check whether RoN supports Intel82810 card or not. If not, then it is time to upgrade then. U can get GF4mx for USD$40 for your old PC, quite a bargain right?
