Red Flashing Screen

I am having a problem with the video card that I just installed. It is a nVidia GeForce FX5200. Everything is runnng fine EXCEPT when I try to play Sims2, Zoo Tycoon 2, and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. The screen will flash red (light someone turning on and off a flashlight in your eyes). Plus, sometimes there will be black lines that flash on the screen in these games.
The trees and bushes look like little squares of different colors but everything else is fine. I can't even play RCT3 because of the flashing so I don't know if anything is wrong with it.
If anyone else has had this problem or know how to fix it I would greatly appreciate the help. Yes, I do have the updated drivers for this card from the web site.

Tried the latest official Nvidia drivers and chipset drivers?

Make sure the card isn't physically damaged. My FX 5700LE did wacky things like that and it was physically defective, but I had it replaced and now everything looks fine. But sometimes it's hard to tell just looking at it...
