Your PC has a PCIe slot but it's very possible that the power supply (PSU) won't be able to handle a gaming card. Open the case & see if the specs are printed on a label on the side of the PSU. Post back with the wattage & the amperage ratings on the +3.3v, +5v & +12v rails. Also, see if the PSU has a 6-pin PCIe plug, cuz you're gonna need one.
