Comment:

The regular menu on RS3 is in 640x480 I believe, or maybe 800x600, and I run the game in 1024x768 or higher. When I leave the planning stages and enter the gameplay, it runs fine. However, once the mission is done and it goes to switch back to the main menu to complete the mission, the game minimizes. It does this if I exit the game and go back to the main menu as well. When I try to click the game in the taskbar and select full maximize, a black screen comes up and then it minimizes again almost instantaneously. I can do this several times, and then the menu finally comes up, but it is in a very small window on my desktop. This is VERY annoying, how can I fix this? I am running Direct X 9b.
