Best thing to do is if you can buy one of those in retail store and they let you return it within 14 days 100% full refund... Try to check out the R9250PCI or maybe the FX5500... But I have a doubt that R9250 will work since it only has DX8.1 vs FX5500 DX9.0...

It won't work buddy, because as hinted above you've got a sh!tty PCI 64-bit 9250. Your best pick is going to be the FX5700LE or the FX5500 suggested above.
Don't let the 256MB VRAM fool you, your system can't utilize it, but watch out and make sure you don't get another 64-bit crap either, look for a card with 128-bit memory interface .

The fx5500 won't work either.I just bought the fx5700le for pci slot. It does run bf2 in medium but it is better than nothing. I have a P4 HT 3GHz and 2.86gb of ddr2.I only have pci slots.And my video on board is hardly worth the space it takes up on my mobo,Asus PTGD-LA; NAME GOLDFISH3-GL8E.

The BF2 box says minimum of Radeon 8500 or higher or GeForce 5700 or higher. I bought my son a ATI Radeon 9250 256mb PCI...........it don't do it. His Geforce 5200 128mb will at least run the game. I bought this card at BestBuy. They better take it back.
