So i have a Pentium d 3.4 ghz processor. 2 gigs of ddr2 ram a 500w power supply an intel motherboard which specs i can get if need be. ( i believe it is a micro motherboard) the situation is this. i ordered a superclocked nvidia 8800GT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ... thats the link to it. i wanted to know if my power supply will be able to handle the parts that i have or if i will need a new one. if i will need a new one, can i be advised into a specific direction? keep in mind that i will also be hoping that someone can include a power supply that will be able to handle me trying to overclock my processor, again with the help of you guys i hope. thank you again in advance, I'm sorry for my average computer knowledge. "an intel motherboard which specs i can get if need be" If it's an actual Intel board, it *may* not be overclockable. It's an aftermarket board based on an Intel chipset, you *may* be in luck.
