CPU/Ram: p4 2.4c/512 ddr 400

Hey all. I have this problem with cs demos that I cant figure out. When I record demos and play them back later on, they seem to lag and not play back at the correct speed :S. I thought this was the way cs demos were but I was just sent a demo by someone and it ran perfectly smooth (like I was in the game). Whats wrong with my demos :(? My video card is radeon 9800 pro. Thanks for any help.

Yeah I get that. Search on the steampowered.com forums for a cs demo vieiwing program. There are .dem viewing programs out there.
