Hi, will Quake Wars run on my machine. I believe I have the latest x3100 drivers.

yea when i run it, it gives me open gl errors, so i cant even get into the game

We don't need an error log, your question has been answered. Your video card is too weak and would need to be replaced for the game to work.
EDIT: Just realised it was a laptop, therefore there is nothing you can do, other than buy a new laptop.
