I have Quake I running on XP fine with GLQuake. But does anyone know how to run its expansions Scourge of Armagon and Dissolution of Eternity?

I tried installing GLQuake into the expansion's folder, but it didn't do anything. I also tried installing it into the regular directory after installing the first expansion, didn't work. Any other ideas?
