OS: windows xp pro
CPU/Ram: athlon 2600+

im currently having problems with halo when i overclock my athlon 2600+.i have an XFX 6600GT clocked to 580 core and 1.18ghz memory. when i overclock my athlon 2600+ justa tiny bit to an 2.14 for instance halfway thru a game it just exits the game and den comes up wid a error message saying gathering exception data. this is rly anoying when i want to overclock to get abit more performance. any surgestions on what the problem is and how i can fix it would be greatly apreciated. thanks lads! mike!

If it aint broke dont fix it...if you had no problems playing halo before then i suggest that u not overclock ure comp.
